Revamping Taima Restaurant: From Doral's Warehouse to Millennial Tap House Oasis.

Taima Restaurant enlisted JASTOR as consultants to optimize its space. As Wynwood natives, we saw an opportunity to infuse Doral with Wynwood's essence, collaborating with PG Studio, Chalk and Brush muralists, and Chef Rodrigo Acosta to reshape Taima's future. "Taima," a Venezuelan term for game breaks, reflects the Pan-Latin vision of the ownership. Live music, typography, and cuisine capture simpler times, aiming to evoke smiles and emotions. Partnering with Chef Rodrigo Garcia, we curated an authentic Pan-Latin menu. Converting a neglected backyard into a unique DJ booth and dining area posed a challenge, met with innovation through a vintage VW Combi wagon. The result? A millennial-focused F&B experience, seamlessly integrating brand and ambiance. Taima embodies transformation, not just of space, but of an entire sensory journey.
