Liberty Square is a large-scale mixed-income residential community in Miami designed to rejuvenate an historic neighborhood through thoughtful housing and community planning. Situated minutes from I-95 and close to Downtown Miami, Miami Beach, Wynwood and major employment and cultural districts, the project offers a range of new apartment homes tailored to diverse income levels. With a mix of workforce and affordable units spanning multiple residential clusters such as Sunrise, Eden, Harmony and Serenity, Liberty Square redefines contemporary urban living

Jastor’s role in Liberty Square centered on shaping a strategic brand narrative that reflects both the social impact and aspirational quality of the redevelopment. The value Jastor brought to the project was in defining a visual and narrative framework that elevates the perception of mixed-income housing, anchoring the brand in community, flexibility and opportunity.
The design system created for Liberty Square supports a diverse residential offering with a cohesive visual language built on clarity, adaptability and community resonance. By combining structured typography, approachable color palettes and graphic elements that reflect openness and possibility.
