Adela at MiMo Bay was envisioned as more than a new residential address — it was imagined as a calm, reflective space within Miami’s restless rhythm. Located along Biscayne Bay, in the storied MiMo District, the project stands at the intersection of mid-century charm and contemporary refinement. Acre Development and Lennar Multifamily partnered with Jastor to bring this vision to life, asking for a brand that could speak to the authenticity of the place while redefining what luxury living means in Miami today.
Rather than simply designing for a building, we set out to design for a lifestyle — one grounded in balance, community, and the quiet sophistication of coastal living.

Jastor was commissioned to develop the brand’s full foundation: strategy, identity, tone of voice, and digital expression. From early research and neighborhood immersion to naming explorations and visual articulation, our work focused on translating MiMo’s rich architectural language into a modern, human story.
Our approach was rooted in context — understanding how design, light, and rhythm coexist in this unique part of Miami. We sought to create a brand that could live harmoniously within that environment, amplifying its beauty without overpowering it. The result was a visual and verbal system that feels effortless, grounded, and emotionally resonant.
Adela’s design system emerged from the simplicity and proportion found in the MiMo aesthetic. We used the district’s subtle geometry and natural palette as our foundation, reinterpreting them through modern refinement. Open compositions, delicate linework, and gentle contrasts evoke the calmness of the bay — always allowing space for air, light, and emotion.
Typography plays a central role, combining mid-century sensibility with contemporary precision. The palette, anchored in soft neutrals, sand tones, and quiet blues, mirrors the landscape’s equilibrium between land and water. Every element — from digital layouts to print materials — was designed to move with the same fluidity that defines the property’s surroundings.

The Adela identity expresses confidence through understatement. Its mark is graceful and measured, designed to blend seamlessly into the architectural rhythm of the building and its landscape. We envisioned Adela not as a logo that demands attention, but as one that rewards it — a quiet symbol of calm sophistication.
Photography and brand imagery carry this same intentional restraint. Natural light, texture, and honest human presence replace the staged luxury tropes often seen in real estate. The result is a sense of intimacy and truth — an identity that feels alive, not manufactured.
