Jastor was entrusted by a leading business development firm to craft a sophisticated, high-end gelato brand infused with premium liquor. To ensure an authentic and unparalleled product, our team embarked on a journey to Italy, the heart of gelato craftsmanship, alongside renowned gelato expert Malcolm Stogo.
We explored the global gelato fair in Rimini and visited iconic towns celebrated for their artisanal gelato, meticulously curating 25 exceptional flavors across three different packaging sizes. The result? A gelato experience that seamlessly blends tradition with indulgence, presented in a luxurious bar-inspired setting across Miami’s flagship Quore Gelato locations.
Every great brand tells a story, and Quore Gelato’s name and identity were crafted with precision. Inspired by Italian passion, "Quore" is a wordplay combining Cuore (Heart) and Liquore (Liquor), symbolizing the perfect union of love and indulgence.
Jastor led every aspect of Quore’s branding, packaging, and visual identity, ensuring every detail—from color palettes to user experience—reflected the brand’s luxurious essence. Our creative direction extended beyond packaging into digital experiences, interior design, and architectural concepts, making Quore Gelato a truly immersive brand.
